When she starts making too much noise, the man stuffs her mouth and wraps tape very tightly around her face to gag her. Once the man has the blonde DA completely bound and gagged, he calls the court house to inform the judge that Eden will not be showing up. Eden squeals through the gag as she listens to the man make up a story that she is busy with another case. But she is completely helpless and there is nothing she can do. After the man is satisfied that enough time has passed and the case has been dismissed, he leaves Eden struggling bound and gagged. But before he leaves her, he makes sure things are going to be very embarrassing for her when she is found. He pulls off her skirt, rips open her skirt and pulls her bra down.
