Ms Marvel is the hotel manager and has learned that a man staying in one of the rooms is up to no good. So she goes to the room so she can evict him. But he isn't going for that and instead ties her up. When she threatens to scream, he stuffs a rag in her mouth and wraps tape around her face to gag her.
