The video begins with Tomiko tied up tightly with rope on her kitchen floor. She tries to reason with the man to let her go. But her talking is about to end as the man wads up a pair of her panties and stuffs them in her mouth. He then ties a dish rag tightly between her teeth to gag Tomiko. With the panties being deep in her mouth, Tomiko chokes on them as she tries to make sound. To makes matters worse, the man returns with another piece of rope which he fastens to her cross tied ankles. He then pulls the rope over her head and ties it to the rope tied around her back. Tomiko is now in a very strict ball-tie and finds it almost impossible to move. About the only thing, she can do is fall over on her side. This causes her dress to rise to show she is wearing sheer pantyhose over her panties. She tries to roll around and struggle her way back into a seated position. But that is not going to happen.
