Anna Evans is having problem with her kitchen sink. She has already had a plumber out to fix it, but apparently it wasn't done right and Anna is angry. She calls the plumber and demands that he come back to fix her sink. When he gets there, Anna starts giving him a hard time. Not liking the tone of Anna's criticism, the plumber remarks about the way she dresses. At one point Anna gets offended and slaps him hard on his face. Now Anna has crossed the line.
