I'm outdoors and throughout the video I will be talking to an imaginary friend off-screen.

The video starts with me wearing rainbow shoes, sitting down and telling my friend that I'm going out with my friends tonight and I have to decide which shoes to wear. I tell her that last week I took a bad turn with the shoes I'm wearing and tell her how it happened. So I tell her I want to wear heels tonight but I need to figure out if my ankle can handle you. I start walking and after a couple of forwards and backwards I twist..."ahhh...I twisted"....I massage my foot a bit then I go back to sitting down. I say it's best if I wear shoes that help my ankle so I wear pleaser boots.
I start walking and I tell that even with these boots I got twisted but that they are more stable than the shoes before. After walking for a while I sprain again, again I complain of ankle pain but it's nothing serious.

But I decide that lower heels are needed, so I wear the ankle boots.
I continue the dialogue with my friend, I tell her that these boots are much more stable and that I won't have problems, but after a few laps I twist very hard and fall to the ground. Here the pain is strong and I say..."ahh my ankle, I sprained it, this time it's sprained!" and I squeeze my ankle with both hands complaining of the pain, I won't be able to go out this evening.

"Sei vestita con una gonna sopra il ginocchio, che si vedano bene le gambe dal ginocchio in giù, senza calze.

Sei in esterno e per tutto il video dialogherai con una immaginaria amica fuori campo.

Iniza il video con te che indossi le scarpe arcobaleno, sei seduta e racconti all'amica che stasera esci con le amiche e devi decidere che scarpe mettere. Le racconti che la scorsa settimana hai preso una brutta storta con le scarpe che hai addosso e le racconti come è successo. Quindi le dici che vuoi mettere i tacchi stasera ma devi capire se la caviglia ti regge. Inizi a camminare e dopo un paio di avanti indietro prendi una storta...”ahhh...ho preso una storta”....ti massaggi un po' il piede poi torni a sederti. Dici che è meglio se metti delle scarpe che aiutino la caviglia quindi indossi questi stivali.
Inizi a camminare e racconti che anche con questi stivaletti hai preso delle storte ma che sono più stabili delle scarpe di prima. Dopo un po' che cammini prendi un'altra storta, di nuovo ti lamenti di male alla caviglia ma non è niente di grave.

Decidi però che servono dei tacchi più bassi, quindi indossi questi stivaletti.
continui il dialogo con la tua amica, le dici che questi stivaletti sono molto più stabili e che non avrai problemi, ma dopo qualche giro prendi una storta molto forte e cadi a terra, qui il dolore è forte e dici...”ahh la caviglia, me la sono slogata, stavolta è slogata...ecc”e ti stringi la caviglia con due mani lamentandoti per il dolore, non potrai uscire questa sera.
