When the video opens, we see a polite (if perfunctory) Tilly knock on her fellow step-mother's door, looking to resolve a conflict that came up earlier in the day. As it turns out, Tilly's step-daughter and Cassandra's step-daughter got into a fight at school. Cassandra answers the door (not before rolling her eyes) and ushers Tilly in, showing her a seat.
