Tilly and Savannah are career criminals who may be looking at hard time. Faced with the prospect of being caught for a major heist along with their witless partner, they hide out in an apartment block and wait the moment out. The building is surrounded. The idea was to pull off the heist and lay low for a bit but their partner started plashing cash around, making massive purchases and throwing parties with abandon.
