Reagan has a score to settle with Dr. Tilly concerning her long-term lover, a certain Henry Lee Dawkins. He's been imprisoned in a maximum security prison for the past year and happens to be under her care. Because of her psychiatric evaluation on the patient, he's looking at the electric chair. The doctor has agreed to see her but since Reagan booked an appointment under the pretences of needing one herself and didn't mention Henry, Tilly isn't aware of the connection. The office is undergoing extensive renovation, which means the pair meet in her home above the practise.
