When Lora came to shoot with Tilly in her house, she made some off hand comments about the "fake" breast smother match she did with her friend, Macy Nikole. She doesn't think she's being offensive. As far as she knows, Tilly knowingly does fake matches and isn't ashamed to admit it. OK, maybe she's being a little bit offensive. There's plenty of snark in her tone.
