Guided imagery draws you down into a dreamlike state where I then use therapeutic methods to help you relax deeply, release tension and overcome any sensations of anxiety or embarrassment you may feel in regard to playing and caring for your little. I also teach you real techniques for building lasting confidence in any situation. I wrap the session up with a joy and trust building exercise for you and your little.
