When a life changing illness leaves you diaper dependent, you seek counseling at the office of Doctor Dosei; a strangely maternal figure offering a new type of treatment that involves surrendering yourself to a virtual regression simulation. While you're there, she and her team of Care Givers will attend to your every need and all you need to do is simply exist in the moment, allowing yourself to think, feel and act like a baby for as long as the simulation lasts.
