Jasper is an officer called to a home about a noise complaint. As soon as the door opens, she “smells green”. Jasper walks into the house for "probable cause". Once inside, Jasper recognizes Ashlynn as a bully from high school. She puts Ashlynn in cuffs, reminds her who she is and then brutally wedgies her in hard chin lock atomics.
