This was a custom mummification flick and this is the long version where almost all of the mummifying is on-screen. In this clip Maria is finished getting duct taped and now her head is being wrapped thoroughly in vet wrap (over the existing mouth packing and cleave gag that has been in place the whole time). Her hair gets caught in the tape in the beginning and traumatizes her a bit as she becomes more and more incapacitated and truly mummy-like.
