If you haven't heard of Braxton Hicks, they basically are small contractions that occur starting around week 30 of pregnancy. They can be extremely painful and uncomfortable, where it feels like your stomach is tightening and loosening, again and again until it subsides. I've been experiencing these contraction like pains all morning, so decided to film the action when I needed to empty myself out. Pushing for brownies at the same time as experiencing Braxton Hicks is NOT pleasant, let me tell you!
