FINALLY!!!! After many days of constipation and Pushing, straining and with a very painful ring, I manage to empty my bowels after a large hot chilli curry the night before! The release was beautiful and I now feel lighter, happier and emptied!! I wasn't planning on it being so BIG... I just had to look twice to take it all in. Wow!! Have a look for yourself.
