Part4 of cute Japanese girl Haruka Kusunoki is captured and tied to the restraint device.

In this last Part4 Haruka is hog tied on the device. Her hair is tied to the device so she can hardly move her head. She continues to struggle in uncomfortable position.
Then her captor approaches her and put time bomb in front of her face. Haruka feels so scared and cries out behind gag. She is left alone there, struggles frantically but the countdown for her crisis never stops.
