Once Mr Diamond in bent over with his arse high in the air Dr Baker applies some lubrication and begins the examination. He uses his finger initially but decides a speculum would be better. The speculum is inserted into the patient's hole and stretched open for a visual and physical inspection. Dr Baker is still not sure and would like a better look so he uses an anal stretching tool to pull the patients sphincter wide open for a further inspection.
