A high priestess and her acolyte (Tomiko and Savannah Costello) are evil and are put in an insane ward for criminals. Nurse Tomiko tells them they are better off here than jail. High priestess Tomiko summons a giant worm monster to save them. The tables are turned and instead of saving them, the worm goes after them.
