Tomiko has a spy in the police form who keeps her from getting caught in her bad ways. A good cop, Tom, decides he is going to bust her. He has police on stand-by, but Tomiko is too sly. She knocks him out and ties him up. She does a slow tickle until he gives her the name of the person that squealed on her. (18:17)
