Tomiko is on a little get away to Lake Mead to relax from her busy schedule when she happens to notice a guy following her a around on the boat. Everywhere she goes, he appears. When she tries to confront him, he avoids her. He just tries to catch glimpses of her feet. Later at her hotel, he hides and waits for her to go to rest. Then he gets her tied up in her own nylons by the bed and wakes her up with tickles.
