Tomiko comes home to discover that her roommate, Mallory is wearing her nylons!! She decides that she is going to overpower her by tying her up and teaching her a lesson. Tomiko tickle torutres Mallory until she confesses that she did steal her nylons. She also confesses about some other stuff that really gets Tomiko upset. She leaves planning to come back, but Mallory gets free and knocks out Tomiko with a tired rag. Tomiko wakes up to find herself tied and Mallory gets even by tickling her stocking feet. She leaves her there so she can go out with Tomiko's boyfriend. (11:27)
