Tommy thinks he is too old to have a babysitter, so when Mrs. Tomiko comes over he is really miffed. He puts something in her drink to make her tired and drags her to the bedroom. He has always had the hots for her so he plays with her a little and then ties her up. When Mrs. Tomiko wakes up, she demands to get free, but Tommy wants to play a game...a tickling game. He wants to get info from her so he is going to tickle it out of her. He leaves no mercy as he tickles her until she can't take it anymore.
