Tomiko gloats about winning another race. She rubs it in to her friend who is always second place. Everytime he enters a race, she has to enter the same race. He decides to teach her a lesson. He slips something in her drink that KOs her out. He ties her up to the sofa chair. When she wakes up he removes her running shoes and socks and starts to tickle her. He does this until she agrees that she will not enter anymore races that he is in. He also decides that he should have gotten that gold medal and takes it from her.
