Rookie Tomiko and Rookie Fayth on Fire are hoping to make it into the agency. They are actually disguised as agents in order to get info from the dirty agent and bring him to justice. They forget what they are there for when asked to compete with each other. They each must demonstrate to the panel how they would go about an arrest.
