Jolene Hexx is the Golden Avenger and she has had it with Dr. Freeze. She has a special formula that she takes that will prevent her from staying frozen. Dr. Tomiko toys with her at first showing her power to freeze and unfreeze her, but when she realizes that the formula prevents the Gold Avenger from staying frozen she starts to get frustrated. In the end, the Dr. wins. The formula has worn off from its effects and Tomiko will get her frozen statue after all for her collection.
