Tomiko is obsessed with Robin (Brooke Thomsen). She has a mind fuck gadget that she got from the mad scientist and she wants to test it out. She lies to get Robin to come over for some fake charity event. When Robin finds out that Tomiko lies, she threatens to arrest her. Tomiko tells her that she will be her BFF.
