Scarlet Witch uses some magic on her, first removing her boots...then making her freeze. The best magical trick is when she removes the body of Captain Marvel leaving just her head and feet. A tickle spell is then cast and Captain Marvel is stuck there with her feet being tickled and there is nothing she can do about it.
