Super Vika walks into Dr. Tomiko's office expecting to take her into the authorities. Tomiko plays coy with her. There is a phone call that comes in for Super Vika, but she doesn't realize that Tomiko did a special program on this device. She takes the phone from Dr. Tomiko and a signal is released through the phone causing her to go into dreamland. Dr. Tomiko put her mind chip on Super Vika's forehead.
