Wonder Tomi (Tomiko) is getting ready to go out and fight crime. The doorbell rings. It is Halloween and she has no candy! The trick or treater at the door is a scary bear (Olivia Rose). The only problem is she isn't interested in candy. She interested in tricks. She gives Wonder Tomi a mint to try and it makes Wonder Tomi dizzy sending her to dreamland.
