After saving up for over a year, Fluffy still has nowhere near the rate required to book Eva DeVil. Rather than wait and continue saving, Fluffy decides to request a booking anyway, but when he shows up well short of her required rate, rather than send Fluffy packing, Eva decides that she'll have some fun teasing and tormenting him instead and invites her friend Pandora over to join in on all of the fun.
