Jacquelyn Velvets calls the police to turn herself in for a warrant she got in the mail. Two male officers arrive to arrest her. She's disappointed that even though she turned herself in voluntarily, they both find it necessary to roughly hold onto her upper arms at the same time. If they don't hold onto her, she has to be handcuffed and she doesn't want her neighbors to see that! Grabbed and escorted, she doesn't struggle physically, but makes frequent references to her arms being held.
