Gigi got the phone bill only to find out that Candle has gone over her minutes again! This is not the first time Candle has done this, and she just doesn't seem to care. Well Gigi has had enough!! She takes her over her knee and gives her the spanking she deserves!!! The camera work is a little shaky in the very beginning but only in a few spots.
