Every year the town has a tradition of “Hang The Witch” and this year's college coed volunteer is Dakota Charms. They put a harness under her sexy witch costume and she is told to act scared and pissed off that she is under attack. Her arms are tied behind her back and the games begin!



After she is put on display for the public, evidence of her witchcraft is announced and they remove the platform. Slowly, wiggles and struggles while shaking to make it look good. After awhile she pretends to go and the ceremony is done.
