Scott secretly spread itching powder in Monica Jade's work space just to mess with her. She is a bit of a neat freak and he wants to get back at her for constantly nagging him about cleaning up. As expected, she starts bitching and trying to clean the powder as soon as she sees it. It is a lot harder to clean than she expected and goes all over her body.
