Brittany Shae, a famous singer, was arrested, charged and convicted for trafficing in a distant country. Sentenced, she wiggles her wrists in the tight handcuffs before the guard (played by Scott Torvea) escorts her to a plain room. She's wearing her over the knee boots from the concert and walks slowly in leg shackles.
