She has broken into the Commissioner's home and is waiting for him in his private office. Ms. Cane wants to him with her special candy canes and him to reveal Batgirl's secret location and identity! The Commissioner does not show up, but his step-daughter does! The cheerful villain seizes the opportunity and the young librarian with her candy canes. Ms. Cane finds the young woman very attractive and has her strip off her top and skirt while under her trance. She is excited to find that the "good girl" has sexy lingerie with black garter and stockings on underneath. Candy Cane realizes she is getting distracted, so she gets back to task and has Ms. Gordon reveal how the Commissioner summons Batgirl. Barbara tries to resist but is under too strong of a trance and must reveal the secret call button. Once Ms. Cane pushes the button, she hears a buzzing noise coming from somewhere in the room. She is just about to discover the bat pager and the bat suit in Ms. Gordon's purse, but an alarms sounds. She fears the police are on their way and leaves immediately. Barbara falls out of the trance as soon as Candy Cane leaves. She also leaves the scene so she can change into the Batgirl suit she has in her purse (purple leotard with yellow opaque tights), track Candy Cane and put a stop to her evil plans. Batgirl tracks the villain to a holiday center and finds a bomb ticking away. She quickly pulls out a bat device from her utility belt to diffuse the bomb. However, the bomb was just a trap set up by Candy Cane to lure in the bat. The bomb releases an invisible gas that puts the super-heroine right to rest. Candy Cane then happily enters the room dancing around her prize. In the final scene Candy Cane has Batgirl tied up in a chair with special Christmas lights. These lights will send an electrical current through the heroine's body and slowly bring her to her end. But before the caped crusader departs, Candy Cane has one more surprise and announces she will reveal Batgirl's secret identity with an UNMASKING!
