BatTracy is excited to trap this new villain and find out who she is, however the superheroine is surprised by the new supervillain and is with a bonk to the head. Mistress Disguise loves a new disguise, so she strips BatTracy of her costume and delights in the thought of using it. It will be the best disguise. She can get into places because people will think she is good, and then when she robs the place blind it will be BatTracy that takes the fall! As the mistress gloats over her plan, she ties up the naked Batgirl with lots of rope and adds a tape gag on her mouth that is securely wrapped around her head. When BatTracy wakes up, she struggles in her bondage and tries to get free. She finds a pair of scissors and is about to cut herself free, when the Mistress returns and stops her.
