However, without me being aware of it, you put a magic freeze spell on me that will make me randomly freeze for a few moments before I am able to move again. This happens several times throughout my workout instruction and I am clueless as to what is happening. I reach my arms up for a stretch and should bring them right back down, but I freeze mid stretch. My face goes blank, my eyes stay open wide and my body does not move. The camera pans around my frozen, stiff and motionless body until I blink and continue my movements. My arm feels sore and tired, which should not happen from a quick stretch. I am surprised by this strange feeling, but I continue on with the fitness instruction. As I continue with the workout, I continue to freeze with each new move I do.
