Catwoman has set up a secret lair for her henchcats and set bait for BatTracy and Robin to be lead straight to it. When the crime fighting duo arrives at the building they decide to split up to investigate. Robin stumbles upon the cat lair first and is trapped by two sexy cat girls. When the crime fighting duo arrives at the building they decide to split up to investigate. Robin stumbles upon the cat lair first and is trapped by two sexy cat girls. They use Catwoman's special necklace to put him under a trance. Once under one of the Catgirls instructs Robin to bring BatTracy back to the lair where a trap will be waiting for her. When BatTracy meets up with her partner she thinks he is acting a little weird, but she does not know he is under a trance and falls right into the trap. Upon entering the lair, the Catgirls surprise the Bat and use a tired gas to knock her out. While KO'ed the evil cats use Robin to help them tie BatTracy to a device where she will be bound, gagged and hung upside down. The heroine wakes up, but it is too late. She is gagged & tied tightly to the device. She struggles the best she can, but cannot get free. Robin turns on the device and BatTracy is hoisted up in the air upside down.
