Sandra has an idea for a ridiculous insurance scam by having her car stolen and being left crossdressed, taped up and gagged in a hotel by professional car thief Star Nine. Sandra meets with Star in a hotel room and they go over the final details of the plot. Star thinks the whole thing is kind of ridiculous but if she's getting paid for it she figures why not? She secretly suspects though the that whole idea is just an elaborate way of being taped up and gagged while crossdressing, but hey, whatever floats Sandra's boat!
