When we first uploaded films here a few years back, we followed the strict guidelines in place for uploaders that said no more than 10Mb data per minute... we worked hard to bring the quality and compression that this restriction implied... but you never got the best from the films and it appeared to us that virtually every producer had been ignoring this so about a year ago we started to upload more higher res films ouselves. however, some of the older classics we had uploaded we still on the old formula of 10Mb/minute playback...
