This is both a plastic bag smother POV and a breathplay game clip. In the first minutes, I will show you in POV how to properly wear the plastic bag, securing it with a black leather belt around your neck. After this training, you will have to follow the timer on screen, wearing your transparent plastic bag for one, then two and finally three minutes. Pause the clip after the two minutes session of breathplay, take a one minute break, then prepare for the last three minutes of self-smother.
