After a little while parked up, the old VW Golf has fallen into dis-repair. It's filthy dirty from dust rain not so long ago, so before I take it out for a drive to blow out some cobwebs, I got out with a bucket of soapy water and begin cleaning the car.
As I get around to the sides, I notice the front tyre is once again totally flat, the car is resting on it's rim.
I dig out the new foot pump I bought and in the heat of this hot summers day, I pump up the wheel while wearing flip flops.
Tyre sorted, I hop into the car but it seems the battery is totally flat also! I do... Show more
