I've been let down last minute, my boyfriend was supposed to be picking me up and taking me to dinner with friends. He's got caught up and tells me I will have to take his VW Golf.
The trouble is, I have not driven a manual car since my driving test.
My attempt to drive myself to the restaurant doesn't get off to a good start but it all goes from bad, to worse...
