Sasha and Syren arrive home a little Silly after a night out on the town. They find their male house mate sat on the sofa all sweaty in just his boxer shorts and are curious to know what he has been doing. He informs them that he has been doing exercises to some body pump dvd, and so for a bit of fun the girls try to get him to re-enact his excercise routine. Not content with that they make him hum the music which was on the dvd while he demonstrates some of his moves. The girls find this hilarious and giggle at the fools humiliating demonstration.
