So this clip has Hayleigh starting the Metro after a night left outside following a shoot the day before. Even though it wasn't the coldest of mornings the Metro was still reluctant to start without the aid of any choke. Hayleigh is only using her right foot to get it going whilst cranking and it takes a while for her to even get it to splutter, when it does it splutter it tries to start but it quickly stalls out under Hayleigh's right foot. So Hayleigh gives it a bit of choke and sure enough the engine fires up for her, she gives it a few revs and then pushes the choke back in and continue...

Hayleigh is only using her right foot to get it going whilst cranking and it takes a while for her to even get it to splutter, when it does it splutter it tries to start but it quickly stalls out under Hayleigh's right foot. So Hayleigh gives it a bit of choke and sure enough the engine fires up for her, she gives it a few revs and then pushes the choke back in and continues to gently warm up the engine. Hayleigh sits and gently revs the engine for a couple of minutes, it certainly isn't warming up quickly and it does finally stall out on her again. Then we have a couple of minutes of Hayleigh cranking and stalling as the engine starts but quickly conks out repeatedly. The last 4-5 minutes are cranking only as the engine stalls again but now it won't restart at all, it sounds desperate to restart initially as it splutters and teases before the cold engine floods out and just turns over. Hayleigh doesn't want to be defeated so she keeps trying until the battery goes completely flat and the engine won't even turn over.
