My beautiful friend DiamondlyKink loved our yoga so much she has signed us up for a yoga retreat. The retreat is focusing on improving our stretches and focusing on back bends. Our instructor Mario shows us a new yoga technique where you can use rope to pull your partner into a really tight stretch. We said we wanted to work on our backbend so he shows her how to tie me in a way which will arch my back by pulling me into what he calls a hogtie ;)
