Me and you are out for a lush run on a sunny day in Devon. We have gone to the woods as it is so hot out we thought we would enjoy the shade this time. We set off but it doesn't take long until I am dying for a wee. I hate it when that happens! There is no where to go and I can see people out walking so I try to ignore it.
