Bella stands 6-feet tall and weighs 145 lbs. Little Alex is just 5-feet and 105 lbs. Alex wants to show Bella that even though she's little, she is a powerhouse. The girls do some lift and carry and little Alex matches tall Bella lift for lift. They do a front lift, cradle and over the shoulder.
