He has been tied up and used as her personal foot slave and footrest. No one in the company has looked for him since he has gone missing and no one knows what happened to him. As Toshiya can't move, he need to watch as Eve torment and humiliates Suzy. She humiliates her facial features, and lack of beauty. She pushes Suzy into her shoes to smell them. (SFX: There is Suzy sobbing as she is need into Eve’s shoe and made to smell it) As Suzy is stuck in her shoes, she mocks Toshiya directly for a while for being interested in such an ugly woman and for Toshiya being her Japanese slave.

At around half way through the video, she removes Suzy from her shoes and lick and clean her soles. She tramples and smothers Suzy with her soles, humiliating both her and Toshiya. Suzy tries to fight back, so Eve decides to finish her. She tramples and stomps her until she's completely finished. (SFX: As she’s stomping, bone crunching sound. With the last few stomps, there is some screams from Suzy and squishing sound as is finished ) Laughing and mocking her body as Toshiya is need to watch. Even after crushing Suzy, she continues to trample and humiliate her underfoot. Making Toshiya worship her soles and clean the "ugly slut guts" from them with his tongue. How he is need to clean and worship the soles that just finished his idol. She continues to humiliate Suzy and Toshiya underfoot.

Eventually the video ends when Eve smothers Toshiya once again, making him out so she can humiliate him more later. Before leaving the room and giving Suzy a few more stomps and humiliating words.
